Golf Cart Policies

- No more than 4 passengers are allowed on this golf cart regardless of age or size.
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old and have a driver's license. Except for learning drivers (14+ years old) who have at minimum a licensed 25-year-old adult in the cart with them, opted in to pay the 'Young Driver Fee,' and agree to assume all risk with the learning driver under the wheel. 
- It is prohibited to drive on public roads unless a local municipality passes an ordinance designating specific, low-traffic routes where they can be driven. These routes must have a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. 
- The driver and passengers must always wear a seat belt and adhere to traffic laws as the carts are generally considered motor vehicles. You are required to yield to other vehicles when appropriate.
- It is prohibited to drive the cart on sidewalks or bike paths.
- The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the cart.
- It is authorized to operate this golf cart at night, BUT the headlights must be turned on properly and not be utilizing the daytime running lights (DRLs) equipped on the cart.
- You must complete the Golf Cart Safety Course. The renter is responsible for ensuring that only approved drivers operate this cart during the rental time. Failure to do this will result in the termination of the rental.
