• A confirmed reservation will hold your vessel for up to 30 minutes after your scheduled departure time, after which it will be considered a "No Show," and the entire reservation fee will be forfeited.
• Please arrive for your rental 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure the entire rental time is allotted. Rental times cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
• The renter MUST be present at check-in with their driver’s license and the credit/debit card used to authorize the rental. The rental process cannot begin until all these requirements are met.
• Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver's License. For your convenience, Northeast Georgia Boat Rentals has developed a rental boat specific Safety Training Course that is FREE to all our customers. Anyone at least 18 years old can take our Boater Safety Training Course by visiting www.negaboatrentals.com/Safety. 
• The renter and any guests at least 18 years old that want to drive the boat MUST watch our Boater Safety Course Video and take the Captain's Test before arriving. This will provide you with important boater safety information that will help you have a safe & enjoyable time on the water.
• The total number of drivers, including the renter, is limited to 3 per reservation.
• A security deposit of $500 (credit cards, CC) or $1,000 (debit cards, DC) per vessel will be required on the day of the rental and must be in the Renter's name.
• The rental process CANNOT begin until all of the following has been completed: the card used for payment has been verified, the $500 (CC) or $1,000 (DC) security deposit is taken.
• Open flames, grills, or cooking equipment of any type is prohibited on all rentals. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (with a maximum being 3).
• Each rental boat leaves the dock with a full tank of fuel. Once the boat is returned and refueled, the renter is responsible for the amount of fuel consumed during the rental time. Unless, pre-paid fuel was purchased prior to the start of the rental.
• Changes to existing reservation rental date or time must be made at least 72 hours before the reservation date and cannot be processed online. Please email/call the supervisor for further assistance. This information will be provided in your confirmation email.
• Any cancellation made more than 5 days before the reservation date will have no penalty and the total reservation amount minus the taxes will be refunded.
• Any cancellation made more than 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a cancellation fee that is 10% of the total reservation amount.
• Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in a forfeit of the total reservation amount and will be credited towards a future reservation. However, no refunds will be processed if canceled within this time period.
• If the following conditions exist on the lake; heavy rain lasting more than 45 minutes; lightning; tornado warnings; high wind advisories, or any condition that NEGA Boat Rentals considers unsafe boating conditions, then the reservation can be credited towards a future boat rental. Weather credits or rain checks can only be given in person on the day of the rental and are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of the rental, not future weather forecasts.

- No more than 2 passengers are allowed on this watercraft regardless of age or size.
- It is prohibited to beach or take this PWC to shore. The watercraft must remain in at least 10 feet of water depth or 100 feet from shore at all times.
- The driver and any passengers must always wear a life jacket.
- The lanyard safety kill switch must be attached to the driver at all times
- It is prohibited to operate this watercraft at night, and the PWC must be returned to NEGA Boat Rentals before the scheduled end of your rental.
- Docking or tying the PWC to another boat is NOT allowed. Doing this will cause damage to the PWC, which the renter will be responsible for paying. Someone must be on or operating the PWC at all times during the rental unless returned to NEGA Boat Rentals.
- You must complete the PWC Boater Safety Course. The renter is responsible for ensuring that only approved drivers operate this PWC during the rental time. Failure to do this will result in the termination of the rental.
